The Score is comprised of Los Angeles-based duo Eddie Anthony (Vocals, guitar) and Edan Dover (Keyboards, production). This duo cooks up a signature style akin to Yeezus producing Foo Fighters. With big booming songs that are primed for anything in between late-night workouts and festival singalongs. With a five0year journey bringing the duo from a tiny Upper East Side apartment to gold plaques and nearly five billion streams on Spotify and Youtube, this duo is hitting their stride and show no signs of slowing down.
Their songs can be recognised in films like the NETFLIX blockbuster 6 Underground, but also can be heard in campaigns for Jeep and the NBA. They also aren’t afraid to team up with other artists, having collaborations with AWOLNATION and Travis Barker respectively. The new single Alarm released on October 22nd is all about standing out and being seen. Starting with ” I don’t wanna be just another face in the crowd” and “Keeping quiet when this voice inside was meant to be loud” this single is all about breaking moulds and listening to the voice inside of you. Listen to that voice and break free, scream and shout about who you are and what you want in life and from people. With loud drums and a steady backing beat, you have no choice but to rock your head to the beat in the background with synths, guitars and drums all complimenting each other in the best possible way.
The duo has two albums currently released, Atlas (2017) and Carry On (2020) with a smattering of singles here and there, the duo continues to produce songs that sing about troubles through life and the ability to bounce back and give your all again. To never give up and give in, never following the crowd or taking the easy road, the songs embrace the highs and lows of life and that sometimes you have to take the harder roads to see that it was all worth it.
